2025 TRP Ballarat Customer Appreciation Evening

TRP Ballarat held its first Customer Appreciation and Product Information Evening on November 21 to thank our amazing customers for their ongoing support of our parts business.

As guests made their way into the event, they were transformed into an outdoor pop-up beer garden, complete with festoon lighting and rustic wine barrels that created an impressive transformation of the TRP Ballarat outside area and warehouse.

Upon entering, guests were greeted by our TRP Ballarat team members and received a gift bag filled with goodies, along with a loyalty card and instructions on how to complete the card at supplier stalls so they can enter the prize draw for a chance to win some epic prizes.

As the night began, guests enjoyed a cold beer while catching up with the TRP Ballarat and Melbourne North Truck Centre team members. Guests were also treated to a fantastic selection of food, catered by The Paella Guy. The highlight of the night was the buttermilk fried chicken, mini tartlets and Spanish croquettes which quickly became a hit among guests. The spread created the perfect atmosphere for mingling, laughter, and good conversation throughout the evening.

More than 10 suppliers from the biggest brands from across the industry were also in attendance. Guests had the opportunity to meet with each supplier, explore their offerings, and check out product demonstrations at the stall’s that were setup throughout the venue, which in doing so, gave them an entry  into the prize draw for a chance to win some fantastic door prizes.

Ben Richards, Melbourne North Truck Centre and TRP Ballarat & TRP Somerton Parts Operations Manager, started the ‘short but sweet’ formalities by officially welcoming everyone to the evening and thanking our loyal parts customers for their ongoing support, and shared some insights into TRP Ballarat’s capabilities and exciting plans for 2026.

Following the short formalities, guests were encouraged to stick around for more food, the much-anticipated prize draw, and to continue checking out the supplier stalls if they hadn’t already!

A huge congratulations to all our lucky winners, who took home some fantastic prizes on offer including: Rodney from Direct Freight, who took home the Castrol diecast model, Gavin from Graeme McKay Earthworks, who scored a PACCAR Parts merchandise pack and Tom from Hardwood Grains, who walked away with Eaton Esky and a 28V-12V DC-DC converter.
